Is your website secure? 

You bet we are! At Futurelly.com, we use the latest security measures to protect your details right from the landing page.

All pages on Futurelly.com, including our checkout and payment pages are secured. Secured webpages begin with "https://" and depending on the web browser you're using, a padlock symbol in URL field, or a key symbol in the bottom right-hand status bar will be shown.

 

Do you accept Cash-On-Delivery (COD)?

 

We do not accept Cash On Delivery (COD). We only support credit card (Visa and Mastercard) and Paypal (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB etc) payments.

 

Which Countries do you ship to?

 

We ship worldwide FAST to ALL countries, and we mean it!

How long does it takes to ship my order?

 

In stock orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days but high demand items shipped within 3-7 business days. 

What are the delivery options? Which shipping company are you using?

 

We are honored to be partnered with DHL Global Express, the most reliable, secured & fast shipping company in the world. With DHL's global reach & local team ( in pretty much everywhere! ), we can ensure our customers secure door-to-door delivery and full mile tracking with our products.

There are 3 delivery options - 

 

  1. DHL Premium Secured Express Service which takes within 1-3 business days (or up to 5 business days for remote areas) to be delivered. This option is available to ALL countries.
  2. DHL Parcel Direct Service which takes approximately 4-7 business days to be delivered after dispatched. This option is available for USA, UK & Australia only.
  3. DHL Global Packet Plus Service which takes approximately 7-14 business days to be delivered after dispatched. This option is available to certain countries in Europe, America & Asia

 


What is the shipping rate?

 

Depend on the shipping option ( service ) you prefer, the shipping rate varies by country and is determined by the total weight of your order.

Please note that there will be additional delivery flat fee of US$25 per order apply to remote or extended areas (on top of the shipping fee of the service you choose)

How do I track my order?

 

Please track your order on the track your order page.. Shipping details could take a day or two to be reflected.

 

I've entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

 

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address & contact number. We will not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

What is your return & refund policy?

Ive been asked to pay taxes on my order!

Blimey! We do not collect VAT/GST, administrative fees, duties and/or taxes on your order and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. These additional charges, if applicable, are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. The recipient is responsible for these charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

We also do not issue any refunds for customs fees, duties, taxes, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees and/or duties for parcel release. It is the buyers responsibility to be aware of these local regulations and to pay any additional fees that may be imposed by his/her country.
